Effective May 20, 2026. This Privacy Policy explains how Marah LLC collects, uses, shares, and protects information when people visit our websites, contact us, use our services, or interact with ecommerce, staffing, consulting, software, and AI-powered products we operate.

Marah LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company that builds and operates ecommerce and AI-powered brands, online properties, digital products, and software tools. We also provide staffing and technology consulting services.

For ecommerce transactions, we may collect order details, product selections, shipping information, customer service records, and payment status. Payment card details are typically processed by third-party payment providers and are not stored directly by Marah LLC unless stated otherwise.

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide consulting and staffing services, operate ecommerce brands, fulfill orders, provide support, evaluate product opportunities, develop and improve websites and AI/software products, process payments, prevent fraud, secure our services, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about business updates or services.

If you submit staffing, hiring, or candidate information, we may use it to evaluate opportunities, communicate with you, assess fit, and coordinate with relevant clients, vendors, or service providers when appropriate.
